Private 25m M/V (Vessel Name Withheld), Sole Cook + Stew
U.S. flagged. Sole cook and stew on private motor yacht between U.S. east coast/Miami and the Islands. Manage all interior purchasing, budgeting, and meal planning including food allergies; cleaning, turn down service, and running of the interior yacht and private dinner parties.

Seasonal, May – October 2019:
Private 16m S/V (Vessel Name Withheld), Sole Cook + Stew/Deckhand
British flagged Lagoon 52 catamaran. Sole cook and stew delivering yacht from Mataró Spain to Preveza, Greece followed by private charter season in Greece. Managed all interior purchasing, budgeting, and meal planning including food allergies; cleaning, turn down service, and running of the interior yacht with a bi-weekly turnaround. Assisted with crew list, crew pursing at ports, and guest flight arrangements including preparing the best itinerary for ground transportation, hotels, etc.
